Hacks

  • Visualize your chain of thought – or it does not exist.
  • Read visual information, avoid text.
  • Any idea can be simplified into a diagram.
  • In the morning, draw a mindmap of the day ahead.
  • Fake ineptitude when needed.
  • If you can do it in 2 minutes, do it now.
  • Write emails under 5 lines.
  • Turn off all electronics.

Body

  • Relax as much as you work.
  • Color-code your tasks.
  • Shower when you want to think.
  • Use paper when computer is not necessary.
  • Solve problems in your sleep.
  • Have your nemesis — competition motivates.
  • Set physical consequence (20 pull-ups).
  • Positive words attract a positive outcome.
